ESO+ connects entrepreneurs with support organizations, streamlining collaboration and enhancing communication for better progress tracking.
Challenges
We faced two main challenges: customizing experiences for diverse entrepreneurs and prioritizing key communication features with ESOs. This led us to select the most valuable features for our initial version.
Outcomes
We focused on key features to create a feedback loop, enabling quick communication between entrepreneurs and ESOs. Entrepreneurs can request services and share outcomes, while ESOs provide support and track progress.

Our Approach
We introduced targeted role-based variations only where necessary, keeping the interface focused and relevant. We introduced this in the onboarding process.
We planned for a consistent set of core features for all users, ensuring a unified and intuitive experience across the platform.
We structured the platform as modular components, making it easy to adapt, scale, and maintain over time.
Design
Through thoughtful onboarding, we collect information about the entrepreneur to tailor our experience to their journey and highlight the most relevant resources.
Entrepreneurs can use this space to report their progress and share updates with others. With metric reporting, they can easily track their journey toward their next goal, while ESO’s and team members gain full visibility and interactivity with their milestones.
Entrepreneurs can seek and connect with advisors, and coaches. Coaches and Entrepreneur Support Organizations (ESOs) can promote their services and successes. Entrepreneurs can showcase their milestones and needs, creating posts visible to their network. This fosters collaboration and drives growth for ESO Networks as well as leverages social accountability to keep entrepreneurs engaged and active.
